The number 505 is on the minds of a lot of people in the 615.

Nashville, TN, developer Tony Giarratana is spearheading a downtown project called 505. At 543 feet, the 635,793-square-foot residential, restaurant and retail development will be the second tallest building in Nashville. A little over 400,000 square feet of the project will be rentable space.

Archer Western Construction is the contractor, and Solomon Cordwell Buenz is the architect.

Gary Kohn, managing principal at Solomon Cordwell Buenz, says the “exciting, landmark project” will be “a striking addition to downtown Nashville’s skyline.”

Considering the stature of the 505 project, we decided to crunch the numbers and determine how many other Nashville buildings could be packed into this “striking” structure. This infographic reveals what we found out.
