According to new data released by the U.S. Census Bureau, the Tampa metro is gravitating more residents than any other metro in the nation. On average, 149 people move here everyday, and with a net growth rate of 6.08% from 2011 to 2015, it’s showing no signs of slowing down. The reason for the sudden growth spurt? Well, other than the year-round gorgeous weather (that surprisingly has never exceeded 99 degrees), experts point to job growth in the city’s Business Services sector and a real estate market that hasn’t re-inflated since it recovered from the housing market crash in 2010. Obviously, the Tampa metro is a great place to live, start a career, and retire. It truly is the best big city in the Southeast.
