"The job itself was done well.. it was the communication they did is where the problem is and why a one day job took two. If for any reason, the gate happens to not be open, there is a doorbell that can be rang so the issue could be fixed. Telling me that you made noise outside and I didn’t come out doesn’t really work. For safety reasons, our gate does not remain open for long periods of time. I would not have any trouble or it will not be any bother if the door doorbell is rung so that we may open the gate for them. Thank you."
