Unfortunately, we typically can’t offer one-time cuts. Our providers fill most of their schedules with recurring customers but on occasion they do have capacity to take special requests. Feel free to put in an order and if we do have availability we’ll do our best to set you up with service!
Absolutely! We're happy to accommodate the needs of your lawn as the seasons change. We just ask that you give us 48 hours notice of any scheduling changes.
Never. We're confident enough in our work that we don't need to lock you into a deal. Plus, we're morally opposed to contracts.
Generally we do not bag clippings. Reason being that it's actually better for your lawn to use a mulching blade and mulch the clippings. It's healthier for your lawn, as the clippings serve as fertilizer.

In certain markets, we might be able to accommodate bagged clippings for an additional charge.
After each service, you're encourage to review your experience. If you rate it as a 4 star or above, that's great! If you were unhappy with your experience, we give you the chance to tell us what was wrong and we'll fix it. Lawn care providers consistently rated poorly will be removed from our system, leaving only the all-star professionals to service your lawn.
We set our prices to support the small businesses we work with. Our providers work hard and maintain both insurance and a valid business license to protect their customers. There may be cheaper ways to have your lawn mowed but by working with LawnStarter you have guaranteed quality and service, 7-day a week customer support, and a mobile app/online account management.
We use public real estate data to calculate the size of your lawn, which we use to generate your personal quote. This includes lawn mowing, edging, and blowing. You can get your quote here. Specialty services (aeration, overseeding, fertilization) vary on the type of job and time of year.
We strive to create an amazing customer experience but sometimes things happen. In these circumstances rest assured we’re here to help you 7-days a week! If you’re not satisfied, we’ll do our absolute best to fix the problem quickly and we always strive to improve our performance after each and every service.
We get it, bad weather happens. In the case of a rainy day, we'll reschedule your service to the next available slot in our schedule and communicate with you throughout the change.
We'd love to be your one-stop-shop for all of your properties. For simplicity's sake, we recommend that you sign up with one of your properties to get started. Then, give us a ring and we'll set up all the properties under your account and you can control them all from one username.

You don't need to be home for us to mow your lawn (though try not to lock us out of the back yard). You'll know your lawn was mowed because we send notifications upon completion (not to mention that you'll notice the immaculate quality of your yard once we're finished).
Our basic maintenance package includes mowing, edging, and blowing off the hard surfaces. You can also order specialty services like fertilization, aeration, overseeding, and leaf removal.
You can download the mobile app for free. Our app allows you to control your service on-the-go. You can add services, change frequency, update your payment information, and review past services.
