The lawn is beautiful, absolutely no complaints there. However, I received an email stating he would be at our house on Thursday or Friday. I emailed asking if he could let me know which when he knew his schedule; no reply. He did not arrive on either day, but then showed up on Saturday without prior notice. As this was our first experience with Lawn Starter, I was not happy with that and hope it's not indicative of what to expect with future appointments. Then, yesterday, two days after the lawn was mowed, I received an email from the LawnStarter office, telling me a crew would be in my area this week and would like to schedule a mowing. It doesn't seem like the company has its act together at this point.
