Spring
- Lawn Care: Once your lawn starts to green up in March, you'll begin to mow weekly. Aerate and overseed your lawn if needed.
- Planting: Plant annuals in late February and weed your flower beds throughout the season.
- Mulch: Add, refresh, or replace mulch.
- Irrigation: Give your lawn 1 inch of water between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
- Landscape Lighting: Install outdoor lighting to show off your home and lawn.
Summer
- Lawn Care: In the summer, let your grass grow slightly longer (about a half inch) and fertilize warm-season grasses.

- Fencing: Install fencing now through the winter to save money.
Winter
- Planting: Plant trees, primrose, pansies, Cyclamen, and winter jasmine.
- Pruning: Prune your shrubs and trees in late winter or early spring when plants are dormant.
- Fencing: Make repairs and touch-up paint or stain while the weather is dry.
