Lawn Care: Begin mowing weekly. In late spring, aerate and dethatch your lawn. Begin fertilizing warm-season grasses.
Planting: Plant coreopsis, bougainvillea, lantana, salvias, and other perennials. Plant annuals like begonias and petunias from March to May. Weed your flower beds throughout the season and overseed them if you please.

Planting: Plant dianthus, silver ragwort, crinum lilies, and winter jasmine.
