A-Ok Tree Care in OKC
Oklahoma City, often shortened to OKC, lies in the Great Plains region. The livestock market, oil, natural gas, and petroleum drive the town's economy. OKC sits in the middle of an active oil field. Oil derricks scatter the city limits, including some that are directly on the Capitol grounds.

After the war, the new Interstate Highway System made OKC a major interchange. The development of Tinker Air Force Base catalyzed growth even more.
