"I am starting this business because I want to get off of disability and support myself. I love working, but the bait-and-switch promises of "working your way up to a living wage" and "You couldn't possibly have worked hard enough to earn a raise no matter what" attitude took their toll on my mind as they shattered my hope of ever having a better future. Perhaps this will be the path to my restoration. Only time will tell as I take another leap of faith and agree to work in the hopes of receiving the fruits of my labor in sufficient amounts to live, not just survive. Instead of hearing about all the expenses every business always has and could easily plan for when they make all those promises about a future they never planned to deliver on in the interviews. If I am successful, it will not only fill my wallet, but I may overcome the problems that got me disabled in the first place: severe anxiety and depression(I lost hope; I want it back.) If that's not motivated, please enlighten me as to what is."
