I am writing to express our profound disappointment and dissatisfaction with the recent services we received. The crew that visited our property most recently caused significant damage by completely dismantling the fences around both the trampoline and the AC unit. These fences are crucial for the safety of the many children who play in our yard, as they prevent potential accidents and injuries.
The individual who performed the work not only dismantled the fences but also left the pieces scattered across the backyard. This behavior is entirely unacceptable. We invested considerable time and effort into installing these fences to ensure they remain securely in place at all times.
It is imperative that the personnel you send to our location in the future are fully aware of the importance of these safety structures and take utmost care to maintain them intact. We trust that you will address this matter seriously to prevent any recurrence."
