"My appointment was scheduled for Friday/Saturday and was pushed back to Monday/Tuesday for no reason. They showed up Monday, but did not cut the grass because my neighbor was also having lawn service done and rather than knock on the door and ask they assumed it was my house, left and marked the job as complete. When I called to complain they said that they would come back Tuesday. When they finished the yard looked good, but they blew the clippings into the street making me look like and inconsiderate ass. I had to go clean them up myself."
