"Chris with Greenstate is very good at keeping me updated on when the next service is coming up. I’ve been able to call him directly and get a more tailored lawn service specific for my needs and he’s always happy to accommodate me! And most importantly he does a quick thorough job! The only issue has been with this app, they act as a middle man and don’t always communicate my wishes to Chris, but it’s good that his workers wear his phone number in large font on their shirts because I was able to see that thru my ring camera and get a hold of him that way, eliminating the need for LawnStarter middlemanning!"
