"We signed up for mowing every two weeks, and this resulted in a few areas of longer grass, which I doubt hindered the mowing process. We were charged extra for it, which, yes, we knew was a possibility when we signed up. Did not expect it to be enforced for a few patchy areas. Shahid does a good job, but we cannot afford extra fees, and cannot afford weekly mowing (at Lawn Love rates) to prevent those fees. We will have to look elsewhere for lawn-mowing after our third service, unfortunately. This is why I'm not leaving a tip; sorry. Shahid is good, but the expense is exorbitant. I'm sorry I didn't tip him the first time. I gave him five stars then, but did not go to the page where I could have left a tip, because I didn't notice the page, and I also have never been aware of anyone tipping for lawn-mowing. If I was ignorant about tipping being expected, I hope that didn't lead to the extra fee being enforced by him the second time. Regardless, Lawn Love's services are too exp"
