I forgot to tell you this, as I told the first guy who did the yard before I switched to you and your crew, but forgot going forward, please leave the monkey grass border to grow along the border in the front of the house, facing from the east to west direction ending at the front porch.
The back yard was cut this time and not before, or it didn't appear to be cut last time. I like to keep the back yard fence line free of ferns."
