"Last week we not see the back lawn mowed. We were not at home however, to ensure the back yard gate wasn't swung open. The gate was unlocked but I'm not sure if they want us just to keep the back yard fence door open?. I do not have any dogs or cats in the backyard to make it a risk to open the gate."

Joe came because the person before left the job undone. Not only did Joe complete the work, he re-did the part that had previously been done half heartedly. He had a great attitude, checked to make sure it was ok to cut while my chickens were out, and did an absolutely phenomenal job. The grass was a little longer because it hadn't been done and he went above and beyond to correct everything. He is now my go-to preferred lawn guy!
