I have been working for several companies for years, doing the same tasks I had already been doing. I finally just got to the point where I decided to be my own boss. I communicate with my clients first hand I understand what they need done because I don't send someone else to do the job. I personally do it and have more of an understanding of what it should look like afterward because of being the groundsman for so long with other companies. I take pride in the way I mow grass because it shouldn't just look like it was run over. It should look like you gave your lawn a manicure.
