"I wanted two hedges trimmed and only one side of the steps was actually trimmed. I asked for the top of the hedge to be one foot below window level. That was not done. When I spoke to a representative he assured me two bushes would be two hedges as I sent him pictures of where the hedges were. I also need a bid on the tall ornamental grass in front of the fence on the right side of the driveway and on the left side of the steps."

Removal and reinstallation of back deck. The current construction of the deck is a MAJOR CODE VIOLATION and MAJOR LAWSUIT LIABILITY. There are currently no guard rails. No handicap access on or off the deck. It is positioned too close to the neighbors property. If someone falls off that deck you could lose your house. You could be liable in a 6 or 7 figure lawsuit. If a storm comes and a piece of that deck gets knocked into the neighbors yard you could be liable for damages. I will take care of this entire issue for you. I can remove that deck. Have it reset in the proper place where there is no safety issue. I'll build you a handicap access ramp. A stable staircase and put guard rails around the deck so that you will be safe.
