noticed the tree is held together with a tow strap it should probably be taken care of before it comes down and ruins the fence or house ect quote is not for sure might need a adjustment once I talk to a friend and see what he would charge to use his trailer to haul off the process and what not we can redo the quote accordingly once all details are decided and figured out if it is something you'd like to get taken care of
