My last lawn mowing service went out of business and informed me via email. No concerns there as that is how we had always communicated; however they didn't send the email the day they stopped performing that service and then I didn't see it for a few days. By then, my lawn was pretty much out of control. Within two days of signing up through Lawnstarter, my grass was back in check. I really appreciate the fact that they were able to get out and get it done so quickly. I've only had one mow, but have nothing but good things to say so far.
