"While my yard is impeccably groomed, I cannot say that I am happy with yesterday's service. It is not feasible for me to lock my pet inside for the duration of service. He has never been a problem for other service individuals. Some how he got out of the gate and he was found roaming the neighborhood. I was not notified by your crew, who the teenagers that returned him said they saw accidentally let him out. I have to wonder about your service if you cannot take the time to notify me of a simple error regarding my pet. Precision alone is not the sign of good work."
