Just signed up for this service and I'm already loving it! I love the app and how easy it is to use. I did mess up and put the wrong backyard gate code so my first service only included the front yard unfortunately. (I know- totally my fault). The only thing I wish- was that someone would've called me to ask the code... Instead of just leaving and marking it as complete, because then my next service was a month out. Other than that, they did an amazing job on the front yard and didn't leave any clippings- which is one of my biggest pet peeves! :)

William and Jaime have the true family touch with their services. They are personable and more than flexible with communication. I am using this service for a relative who needs landscape maintenance. While I'm a two-hour drive away, they gave me their actual cell phone number to keep in touch for scheduling and any questions I might have along the way.
